La Belle Amie Vineyard

An operating vineyard open to the public, La Belle Amie Vineyard is located on the north end of the Grand Strand at 1120 Saint Joseph Road in Little River, South Carolina. La Belle Amie Vineyard is situated on a former tobacco plantation. The property has been in the Bellamy family since the 1800's. Belle amie is french for beautiful friend and is the origin of the Bellamy family name.

If you're 21 or older, you can sample La Belle Amie Vineyard wines in the vineyard's tasting room located in the main building. Wine tastings are available daily Monday through Saturday from 10 am until 4:30 pm. You can sample 6 wines of your choice for just $3 per person. The vineyard offers a variety of whites, reds and roses to choose from. Learn the 5 basic steps of sampling wine and learn to recognize wine varietals by aroma and taste.

At La Belle Amie Vineyard, you'll also find a gift shop with everything you need to enjoy a bottle of La Belle Amie Vineyard wine including wine glasses, wine racks, corkscrews and more. The gift shop also offers a variety of sauces, salsas, relishes and flavored cooking oils.

La Belle Amie Vineyard holds a myriad of festivals throughout the year. The festivals feature live music, great wine and delicious food. Popular festivals include the Winter & Summer Parrot Head Festivals, Key West Music & Wine Festival, Nantucket Music & Wine Festival and the Island Fever Music Festival.
