Founded in 1986 by Johnny Carrabba and Damian Mandola, this well-known Italian restaurant is located all throughout the United States. Their well-rounded Italian menu features many popular, as well as unique, dishes that leave guests wanting even more.

The Antipasti section of the menu features Calamari (served with either marinara or a spicy Italian pepper and lemon butter sauce), Mozzarella Marinara, Cozze in Bianco (Prince Edward Island mussels steamed in white wine, basil and lemon butter), Shrimp Scampi, Grilled Bruschette, Zucchini Fritte (served with roasted garlic aioli), Crab Cakes, and an Antipasti Plate (Calamari, Bruschette, and Mozzarella Marinara).

Grilled Chicken Salad, Insalata Carrabba Caesar, Insalata Johnny Rocco (grilled shrimp and scallops, roasted red peppers, olives and ricotta salata in vinaigrette), Minstrone soup, and Mama Mondola's soup are among other Zuppe & Insalate items.

The following Brick Oven Pizzas are available: Pepperoni, Margherita (Roma tomatoes, mozzarella, basil and extra virgin olive oil), Quattro Formaggi (sun dried tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, Romano, mozzarella, Fontina and goat cheese), and Italian Chicken (grilled chicken in Italian-style sweet and sour sauce with pine nuts, scallions, Romano, Fontina and mozzarella). In addition, guests are able to build their own pizza out of the following toppings: Italian sausage, pepperoni, meatballs, Kalamata olives, mushrooms, sweet peppers, onions, tomatoes, and sun dried tomatoes.

There are a number of tempting options to pick from on the pasta menu: Mezzaluna (half moon ravioli with chicken, ricotta cheese and spinach in tomato cream sauce), Seafood Cannelloni (lobster, shrimp and scallops, blending with roasted garlic and chives, topped with shrimp and a light tomato cream sauce), Lobster Ravioli, Pasta Carrabba (Fettuccine Alfredo with grilled chicken, sauteed mushrooms and peas), Tag Pic Pac (Tagliarini in a Picchi Pacchiu sauce with crushed tomatoes, garlic, olive oil and basil), and spaghetti among others.

The Wood-Burning Grill features Chicken Bryan (topped with sun dried tomatoes, goat cheese and a basil lemon butter sauce), Grilled Norwegian Salmon, Pollo Rosa Maria (stuffed with Fontina and prosciutto, topped with a basil lemon butter sauce and mushrooms), Spiedino Di Mare (shrimp and sea scallops coated with Italian bread crumbs, grilled and topped with lemon butter sauce) and much more.
