Other salads include Chicken or Shrimp Caesar Salad and Queensland Salad (fresh chicken salad on a bed of mixed greens with Monterey Jack and Cheddar, bacon, diced egg, tomatoes, toasted almonds and croutons).
Entrees, nicknamed "Outback Favorites" include the following: Baby Back Ribs, Alice Springs Chicken, Grilled Chicken on the Barbie, No Rules Parmesan Pasta (Fettuccine noodles tossed in a creamy Parmesan cheese sauce; available with grilled shrimp, scallops or chicken breast), New Zealand Rack of Lamb, Filet with Wild Mushroom Sauce (a sliced filet topped with rich Marsala and wild mushroom sauce) and Sweet Glazed Pork Tenderloin.
Delicious Signature Steaks feature the Outback Special (which is a signature sirloin seasoned with bold spices and seared just right), Victoria's Filet, Ribeye, New York Strip, The Melbourne (which is a porterhouse: a flavorful strip and filet tenderloin together), Teriyaki Marinated Sirloin and Prime Rib. And because no meal is complete without dessert, several rich options are available: Sweet Adventure Sampler Trio (Chocolate Thunder from Down Under with pecan brownie, Carrot with coconut and pecans, and Classic Cheesecake), Chocolate Thunder from Down Under (which is a generous pecan brownie served with rich vanilla ice cream, drizzled with classic warm chocolate sauce, and finished with chocolate shavings and whipped cream), Sydney's Sinful Sundae, Carrot Cake and Classic Cheesecake.
