Chicken entrees include items such as Pollo Ranchero (grilled chicken breast topped with melted white cheese and a homemade Ranchero sauce), Yollands (three chicken enchiladas topped with cheese and Ranchero sauce), Chilaquiles (tender grilled chicken slices over a bed of stir-fried corn tortillas smothered in a white cheese and Ranchero sauce), and Pollo Loco (grilled chicken breast topped with broccoli, mixed veggies, onions, and bell peppers).
