The Carolina Opry Christmas Show
Once again, the Carolina Opry Christmas Special is the Best Holiday Show in Myrtle Beach! Come see the original Myrtle Beach Christmas show. For more than 3 decades, The Holiday Show of the South at the Carolina Opry has been a holiday tradition with people returning each year to get filled with Christmas spirit.
This year's new show pulls out all the stops with dazzling performances by a talented cast including familiar faces like Calvin Gilmore, Rita Gumm, Christie Templeton and Brad Long.
The show begins on November 1 and runs through January 1, 2017.
Brookgreen Gardens' Nights of a Thousand Candles
The nights come to life at Brookgreen Gardens during December with the glow of 5,500 hand-lit candles and innumerable sparkling lights. Enjoy a warm cup of cider or coffee as you amble along the path and hear live performances of your Christmas favorites.
Archer and Anna Hyatt Huntington founded Brookgreen Gardens as a non-profit in 1931 to preserve the native flora and fauna and display objects of art in that natural setting.
Brookgreen Gardens is located across from Huntington Beach State Park on Ocean Highway (US 17).

The 35th Annual Dickens Christmas Show
Inspired by the Charles Dickens classic, A Christmas Carol, the Dickens Christmas Show is a nationally recognized, award-winning event. The Dickens Christmas Show will transport you back in time to 19th century London for a truly unique shopping experience.
Vendors will be on hand displaying arts & crafts, clothing, toys and much more. Enjoy samples of a worldwide selection of holiday fare. Participate in an auction for decorative Christmas trees, wreaths and more. You'll definitely feel like you're in Victorian England amidst strolling minstrels and mischievous street urchins.
