Once again the Best Holiday Show in Myrtle Beach, the Carolina Opry Christmas Special, will be attracting crowds during the holiday season! Come see Myrtle Beach's original Christmas show. For decades, the Holiday Show of the South at the Carolina Opry has been a holiday tradition with people returning each year to get filled with Christmas spirit. The Color Run 5K - November 1
Known as the Happiest 5k on the Planet, The Color Run 5K is a fun-filled event in which runners are doused with different colors at each kilometer. Since its debut in 2012 the un-timed event series has spread across the U.S. and around the country. The 5K run has only two rules: wear white at the starting line and finished plastered in color. The Color Run 5K will take place at Broadway at the Beach with a 9 am start.

Art in the Park - November 1-2
The Waccamaw Arts & Crafts Guild holds six Art in the Park shows throughout the year in Chapin Park and Valor Park to give artists an opportunity to display and sell their work. On November 1st and 2nd from 10 am until 4 pm, Art in the Park will bring a myriad of exhibitors including talented artists from around the country to Chapin Park in downtown Myrtle Beach. Exhibitors will be displaying paintings, photography, jewelry, sculptures, stained glass, pottery, quilts, baskets, yard art, furniture, sun catchers, flowers, wreaths, hand painted glass, stoneware, ceramics and much more. La Belle Amie Island Fever Music Fest - November 1
Head over to La Belle Amie Vineyard in Little River for one more trip to the islands before winter arrives. Get a few friends together, grab a lawn chair and come on down for an afternoon of live music, great wines and delicious food. Stringwood Trio and The Caribbean Cowboys will perform live from noon until 5 pm. Food provided by Smokin' Pitt BBQ & the Vineyard Grill. Terror Under the Bridge -November 1
Terror Under the Bridge is chilling, scary, haunted attraction. If you're only going to visit one haunted attraction this year, Terror Under the Bridge is the one you must see! Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde - November 1-9
Head over to the Atlantic Stage this fall to catch a live performance of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde from October 16th thru November 9th. Jeffrey Hatcher's adaptation portrays a complex, dark version of the classic. Tickets start at just $12.50 per person. American Heart Association Beach Ride - November 5-9
Horse lovers from around the country will converge on Lakewood Camping Resort for the 33rd Annual American Heart Association Beach Ride. The 20-mile ride along the beach begins on Saturday and runs from Lakewood Camping Resort to the Garden City Pier. The fund-raising event attracts over 1,000 riders annually. The amazing Christmas Show and Dinner at Pirates Voyage takes you back in time with a swashbuckling version of the the Dickens' classic, A Christmas Carol. Miles & Coltrane Blue (.) - November 7
The galvanizing energy of jazz from the 50s returns to the Grand Strand! An OnQ Performing Arts production, Miles & Coltrane: Blue (.) features award-winning actors, musicians and poets as they take you on a musical journey through the lives and legacies of jazz artists from the period. The production contains adult language and content. The performance begins at 7:30 pm in Wheelwright Auditorium on the campus of Coastal Carolina University. Art in the Park - November 8-9
The Waccamaw Arts & Crafts Guild holds six Art in the Park shows throughout the year in Chapin Park and Valor Park to give artists an opportunity to display and sell their work. Murrells Inlet Oyster Roast - November 8
A creek front tradition since 2004, the Murrells Inlet Oyster Roast features all-you-can-eat steamed oysters and live music. Beer and more great food including BBQ, hot dogs, chicken bog, chowder and clams will be available for purchase. Visitors and locals will be converging on the Jettyview Walk at Morse Park Landing from 11:30 am until 3 pm (oysters will be served from 11:30 am until 2 pm. Art Under the Oaks: Sea Turtle Painting - November 9
Visit the Myrtle Beach State Park for an afternoon (1-3 pm) of Art Under the Oaks with a breathtaking view of the ocean. The Long Bay Symphony, with cello soloist Ken Olsen, will perform Tchaikovsky and the Romantic Spirit at the Myrtle Beach High School Music & Arts Center. The 9th Annual Bag Ladies Luncheon at the Grande Dunes Member Club features a handbags auction, a seated gourmet meal and a fashion show with clothing and bags from The Pink Cabana. Dickens Christmas Show and Festival - November 13-16
A nationally recognized, award-winning event, the Dickens Christmas Show is inspired by the Charles Dickens classic, A Christmas Carol. The 23rd Annual Pawleys Island 5K Turtle Strut will run along a flat course that starts and ends at the Pavilion Park in the town of Pawleys Island (at the Southwest corner of the North Causeway & Myrtle Ave.).
