The always innovated Ripley Aquarium of Myrtle Beach has just added even more to it s already amazing list of features! Now open at the Ripley Aquarium is a fantastic new look at the wondrous Mermaid. That's right, in addition to the thousands of rare species on display at the Aquarium you can now view, meet and even swim with real life Mermaids!
These rare and beautiful aquatic wonders have the top half of a woman and the bottom half of a fish. The Mermaid exhibit at Ripley Aquarium is shown four times a day and give guest an opportunity to talk to a real life Mermaid! In addition to the four shows a day, guest of the aquarium can catch a glimpse of these beauties throughout the day.
The Mermaid shows are 15 minutes long everyday at 12:00pm, 2:00PM 4:00pm & 6:00pm. Each Mermaid show is 15 minutes long at the Dangerous Reef and Friendship Flats viewing area. After each show there will be a 15 minute Meet and Greet in Friendship Flats where guest can ask questions and take photos with the rare wonders. All Mermaid shows are free with paid admission to the Ripley Aquarium.
Ripley Aquarium Mermaid Camp
The Mermaid adventure doesn’t stop at Ripley Aquarium because the aquarium is now offering “Mermaid Camp.” Mermaid Camp gives guest a chance to not only meet a real live mermaid but become one! Ripley Aquarium Mermaid Camp take guest to a private pool area where they will slip into tails and learn to swim with the Mermaids! Mermaid Camp is available every Monday & Wednesday from 10:30am-12:30pm. Ripley Aquarium Mermaid Camp is for Ages 6 through 14 and is $19.99 plus tax. Tickets even include “I am a Ripley’s Mermaid” T-shirt!
Mermaid Makeover Package
Ripley Aquarium also offers the Mermaid Makeover Package. The Mermaid Makeover package includes a new hairstyle, mermaid makeup, beauty bag (including makeup compact, comb and mirror), jewelry, ti-are. T-shirt and “A Mermaid Glamour Photo.” The Mermaid Makeover Package cost is $34.99 plus tax.
Sailor Package
Ripley's Aquarium doesn’t leave out the boy either, offer the Sailor Package for just $19.99 plus tax. The boys Sailor Package includes “A Ripley’s Sailor T-shirt,” Sailors Hat and a photo with a real life mermaid!
