Hot Summer Nights are once again coming to Ocean Boulevard, the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Plyler Park in the heart of downtown Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The summer long (June thru August) event kicks off with the Carolina Country Music Fest from June 9-12 featuring Keith Urban, Florida Georgia Line, Tim McGraw and many more amazing artists.
In addition to a myriad of free, sea-side concerts, the Hot Summer Nights Festival features an exciting Kidz Carnival, spectacular fireworks displays over the ocean and highly-skilled, street performers.
All summer long the boardwalk will host some of the most exciting shows and entertainment Myrtle Beach has to offer:
Monday nights on the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk belong to the kids as the Kidz Carnival takes place from 6 pm until 9 pm every Monday night from June 6th through August 15th. The Kids Carnival features inflatables, face painting, games, a balloon artist, live performances by kids on the I Love Sugar Stage and much more. Kids, young and old, will enjoy the carnival and good luck getting the kids out of the bounce houses!
You'll find a lot of activities on Wednesday nights. Rock-n-Rumble Wednesday nights feature live bands performing free concerts on the 9th Ave Stage from 7 pm until 9 pm. Bring a chair or blanket and kick back for some great music. After the concert, stake out a spot on the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk or down on the beach for the fireworks show from the 2nd Ave Pier at 10 pm. From 8 pm until 9:30 pm on Wednesday nights and some Sunday nights, you'll find Boardwalk Elvis, David Chaney in Plyler Park.
On Wednesday nights you want won't to miss the sky light up over the ocean with the finest, oceanfront fireworks shows in Myrtle Beach. The Boardwalk hosts amazing, oceanfront fireworks shows from the 2nd Ave Pier starting at 10 pm with shows scheduled in June on the 8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th, in July on the 13th, 20th and 27th and in August on the 3rd, 10th and 17th. In addition to the regular Wednesday night display, a fireworks show will shoot off on June 4th and July 4th at 10 pm.
On Friday nights from June 17th thru August 19th, you will enjoy Seaside Music Concerts featuring a myriad of live bands on the I Love Sugar stage in Plyler Park from 7 pm until 10 pm. Performers cover a variety of genres including country, rock, pop, R&B, reggae and more.
On Sunday nights, head over to the I Love Sugar Stage in Plyler Park for the free Sunday Celebrations Concert Series featuring Contemporary Christian / Rock from 7 pm until 8:30 pm. Bring your families and youth groups for a night of inspirational music. This summer's lineup includes Among the Thirsty, Manafest, JJ Weeks Band, Abandon, 7eventh Time Down and Remedy Drive.
