Easter Sunrise Services & Worship Services
On Easter Sunday Myrtle Beach area churches will be holding sunrise services as well as traditional and contemporary worship services. Services will be held at non-denominational churches as well as a variety of denominations including Baptist, Catholic, Episcopal, Lutheran, Methodist, Presbyterian and more. Several Myrtle Beach campgrounds also hold sunrise services.
Breakfast With the Easter Bunny - April 15
Hop on over to the Hard Rock Cafe at Broadway at the Beach for Breakfast With the Easter Bunny. Breakfast is served from 9-11 am with seating times at 9, 9:15 and 9:30 am. Enjoy a big breakfast buffet with great food, orange juice, coffee and soft drinks. The Easter Bunny makes her way around to each table with treats for the kids. Fireworks Extravaganza - April 15
Head on over to Broadway at the Beach for an exciting fireworks show. The 8:30 pm fireworks display features some of the best fireworks found anywhere on the Grand Strand with amazing professional pyrotechnics displays lighting up the sky over Lake Broadway.
Sensory Friendly Egg Hunt - April 15
The Champion Autism Network is sponsoring a sensory friendly Easter egg hunt for children with autism and special needs. Annual Easter Egg Hunt - April 15
McLean Park at 93 Oak Drive in North Myrtle Beach will be the site for the North Myrtle Beach Easter Egg Hunt. The egg starts at 10 am sharp. Additional activities take place from 10 am until noon. Kids will be split into groups by age. Over 4,000 hit McLean Park every year in search of Easter eggs. Bring the kids to have their photo taken with Ms. Blossom. The Town of Surfside Beach's Easter Egg Hunt will take place at 1 pm on Saturday in Passive Park (located on the corner of Surfside Drive and Willow Drive). The Children's Festival with train rides, inflatables, face painting, balloon art and more will be held from 1:30 pm to 4 pm in Fuller Park (located on the corner of Surfside Drive and Myrtle Drive).
