National Sculpture Society 81st Annual Awards Exhibition - Thru November 2
For the 14th consecutive year, the National Sculpture Society presents their annual juried exhibition at Brookgreen Gardens. The 81st Annual Awards Exhibition displays figurative works from 48 contemporary sculptors. The exhibition features a wide variety of subject matter and media including busts of Charles Dickens & Amelia Earhart as well as a myriad of animal and human figurines. The exhibit will be on view daily 9:30 am until 5 pm and is free with garden admission. Don't forget to cast your vote for the People's Choice Award. The winner will be announced at the end of the exhibition.
Beach, Boogie and BBQ Festival - August 29-30
Kick off Labor Day weekend at the 9th Annual Beach, Boogie and BBQ Festival! In addition to amazing BBQ, the 3-day festival features free concerts, jet ski demonstrations, arts & crafts, a free kids zone, corn hole tournament, antique car show, fireworks and more.
