Black Bike Week (aka Atlantic Beach Bikefest)
Since it's inception in 1980, the Atlantic Beach Bikefest has grown from a small event held annually in the small town of Atlantic Beach into a hugely popular festival that attracts 100's of thousands of bikers from around the country. Today, Black Bike Week draws bikers to exciting events and parties all along the Grand Strand from Myrtle Beach in the south all the way up the coast through North Myrtle Beach. Bikefest is held every year on Memorial Day Weekend. The official dates for Black Bike Week 2014 are May 23rd through May 26th, but a lot of people will be arriving earlier and staying longer!

Bike Week 2K15 Party Headquarters - May 21-14
DJ B-Lord & SMES present Bike Week 2K15 Party Headquarters at Revolutions with Music by DJ B-Lord. The party kicks off on Thursday with $3 vodka. Freaky Friday features a $1,000 Best Beach Body Contest (ladids free til 11 pm). The Main Event on Saturday features a $1,000 Sexiest Group Contest (4 or more females). Carolina Beach 2-UP Getaway Ferry Ride - May 23
At 9:30 am on Saturday, bring your friends and meet us at Hooters at 10133 North Kings Hwy for a 1.5-hour ride to Carolina Beach with CLUTCH and J-Rod. The ride is open to everyone. We'll be riding up Hwy 17 to Southport, where we'll catch the Southport Ferry (with bikes) over to Carolina Beach. The ferry fee is $5. Helmets are required for all riders and passengers. To be in the middle of all the action in Myrtle Beach, the best places to stay on the south end will be from around 1st Avenue through 16th Avenue South or on the north end from 1st Avenue thru 38th Avenue North.
