Myrtle Beach Pavilion Nostalgia Park
The Myrtle Beach Pavilion was named the #1 Family Attraction in Myrtle Beach by the Travel Channel. For 58 years the Myrtle Beach Pavilion entertained families visiting Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Located downtown on Ocean Boulevard, the Pavilion was home to the Attic, Myrtle Beach’s only under 21 nightclub.
The Myrtle Beach Pavilion closed after the 2006 Season
Several of the attractions are being moved from the Myrtle Beach Pavilion Amusement Park over to Broadway at the Beach in what will be known as the "Pavilion Nostalgia Park".
Visitors to the new park will find the famous Herschell-Spillman Carousel, Caterpillar, Dune Buggy, Wave Rider, Pirate Rides (for kids & adults) as well as Boat and Teacup Rides for the little ones. Past guests to the old Myrtle Beach Pavilion Amusement park will remember the historic German Baden Band Organ which will be playing in the new Pavilion Nostalgia Park. The new location is also home for midway skill games, a Pavilion Museum and a retail shop with retro toys and logo merchandise.
